Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for closed course racing vehicles which may never be used on public roads. By purchasing any Parts, Services, Aftermarket or OEM products, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that Team Rip Engineering holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
Final determination of the suitability of the Parts, Products, Services, and Assemblies for the use contemplated by the purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are using the item for racing there is no warranty. Used parts have no warranty. Any return freight and/or labor charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. TRE shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.

In the event that you managed to cause damage to your transmission, transfer case, or rear differential we will offer to make any repairs at discounted prices.
