BOLTED FLUSH TO THE ENGINE: MAKE SURE ALL BOLTS ARE IN PLACE & TIGHT.
MISSING ALIGNMENT
DOWELS BETWEEN & TRANSMISSION: MAKE SURE BOTH DOWELS ARE IN PLACE.
WARPED OR DAMAGED
PRESSURE PLATE: INSPECT WITH STRAIGHT EDGE TO MAKE SURE IT'S FLAT AND NOT SOUP
BOWL SHAPED.
WARPED OR
IMPROPERLY MACHINED FLYWHEEL: MAKE SURE FLYWHEEL IS MACHINED TO RECOMMENDED
HEIGHT AND THAT THE MACHINE SHOP TRUE THEIR CUTTERS BEFORE MACHINING A STEPPED
FLYWHEEL. STEPPED FLYWHEELS REQUIRE THE LEAD EDGE OF THE CUTTING STONES TO BE
SQUARE. ALWAYS REQUEST THE MACHINE SHOP TO TRUE THEIR CUTTERS AND CUT THE
FLYWHEEL TO THE RECOMMENDED OFFSET.

FILL TRANSMISSION WITH RECOMMENDED OIL.
WORN SHIFTER
CABLE BUSHINGS: REPLACE WORN OR DAMAGED BUSHINGS....POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS ARE
RECOMMENDED.
IMPROPER SHIFTER
CABLE ADJUSTMENT: ADJUST SHIFTER CABLES.
MISMATCHED
