TRE MACHINE SHOP SERVICE Our in house machine shop ensures quality precision work. We have a complete machine shop capable of all your transmission machining needs. We are capable of blue-printing the transmission and performing our tricks of the trade to give you the very best service and strength possible out the transmission. We inspect everything; Wet-Magnaflux all parts for cracks, check to see if the teeth are meshing on the diametric pitch circle, stress relieve the gear teeth, hand detail the parts, some parts get shot peened while others get vibratory finished and polished. We modify the oiling passages to improve lubrication in the transmission which has proven to dramatically reduce transmission temps and increase life of various components. We blue print the transmission; making corrections to both the case and to the gearsets. This increases the durability while extending the service life of the transmission. TUNGSTEN DISULFIDE SERVICE We are proud to offer WS2 plating of complete or individual transmission internals. Tungsten Disulfide reduces friction and overall wear of transmission components and we are now offering this service. It works! WELDING OF CENTER DIFFERENTIAL SERVICE Welding the center differential consist of welding the gearset together so that both the front differential and rear differential pinions will turn at the same speed regardless of traction. This is usually done to improve traction for drag racing or rally but is not recommended for daily drivers. It will increase wear & tear on the axles and other drivetrain components. We use a special jig to hold the parts on center while the parts is being welded so that it doesn't put strain on the front pinion shaft. welding of center differential $ 65.

CHEAP 4 SPIDER CENTER DIFFERENTIAL SERVICE This service upgrades your OEM 2 spider center differential into a 4 spider center differential. The center differential is notorious for breaking the two spider gears, especially during aggressive clutch dumps. This is our economy version that uses a modified OEM cross shaft that has been machined to accept 2 additional spider gears.
