The STAGE 2 rebuild service for the Mitsubishi LANCER 5 speed
is our recommended choice for those using a LANCER for competition use. It
is specially built and features
gear detail work to the lead edge and root diameter of the
gear teeth which allows the gearsets to handle higher torque without
failure, improving the service life of the transmission.
The hubs & sleeves, shift rails and shift assembly are
polished for silky smooth shifting.
Transmission case is glass beaded and oil passageways are enlarged to
deliver more oil to critical parts.
This is an excellent transmission for those who have
turbocharged their LANCER and
those who autocross or road race for extended periods of time.
