BRAND NEW HIGH TORQUE DSM AWD TRANSMISSION SPECIAL

This is a brand new transmission, custom built with our choice of upgrades for those who need a damn good transmission.  This is not a "stage 2, 2.5, 3 or 4" transmission, it's our "high torque" transmission that lives above 600ft.lbs of torque.

  • This is the same transmission build that the 900WHP land speed record holding GVR4 has been using this for over 3 years without failure on the same set of gears. No bullshit.

  • We improve the durability & service life of the transmission in several ways; gear detail work  done to the lead edge and root diameter of the gear teeth which allows the gearsets to handle higher torque without failure. 

  • Afterwards, the entire gearset receives high intensity shot peening to raise the ultimate strength of the gearset, increasing fatigue resistance by over 20-25% while reducing gear wear. 

  • High rpm shifts are not a problem because the engagement teeth are modified to increase the window of opportunity.

  • Transmission oil passageways are enlarged to deliver more oil to critical parts.

This is a brand new transmission that is loaded with the best parts available from Mitsubishi. 

  • The STAGE 4 transmission features the EVO-III 1st-4th gearset.  4th gear is a billet steel gear that holds up better in high power applications and has our choice of upgrades.

  • We improve the durability & service life of the transmission in several ways; gear detail work  done to the lead edge and root diameter of the gear teeth which allows the gearsets to handle higher torque without failure. 

  • Afterwards, the entire gearset receives high intensity shot peening to raise the ultimate strength of the gearset, increasing fatigue resistance by over 20-25% while reducing gear wear.
