TRE takes a factory new trans and modifies the gearsets to make them stronger, shift better and last longer. The end result is a much stronger trans with improved shift quality. This is a excellent transmission for those making serious power and shifting at high rpms.

 

New STAGE 1 BUDGET transmission includes these upgrades:

Double synchro 2nd gear

Hi-capacity synchro 3rd

Hi-capacity synchro 4th

Torrington bearing upgrade ($75 VALUE)

UPGRADE OPTIONS

 These are the current options for the STAGE 1 BUDGET transmission.

 

7% taller double synchro 1st gear & input shaft, add an additional $150. 

10% taller double synchro 1st gear & input shaft, add an additional $275.

Double synchro 1st gear option, now included free.

Double synchro close ratio 3rd - 4th gearset,  $275.

HD TRE-spec intermediate shaft, add an additional $200.

1st/2nd steel shift rail, add an additional $40.

3rd/4th steel shift rail, add an additional $40.

EVO shift forks w/ replaceable Bronze wear pads, add an additional $200.

Speed Design 4 spider center differential w/ thrust bearing upgrade, add an additional $400.

POORMANS 4 spider center differential w/ thrust bearing upgrade, add an additional $300.

TRE center differential SPOOL, add an additional $200.

Welding of center differential, add an additional FREE.

10% taller 5th gearset, add an additional $175.

CRYOGENIC TREATMENT, add an additional $200.

*If you send your old AWD trans back and we'll pay $400 for it.

*Cores must be useable: No stripped bolt holes, cracked, busted or damaged case, missing any internals, etc...  We will accept all cores, including multiple cores, but the amount refunded will depend on the condition of transmission or transmissions we receive.

If you decide to send your transmission back for credit, just place your transmission inside the box that your new transmission was delivered in and contact us.  I will arrange a Pick-Up through UPS/Fedex and they will be back the following business day. The cost of the return shipping, $75, will be deducted from the refund that we will give you for the transmission.
