EVO-4/9 TRANSFER CASE UPGRADE SERVICES

Using brand new Mitsubishi ring & pinion gears our customers have gone low 9's.

Machined from 4718H and run-in on a lapping machine for quiet running gears.

Gearset is detailed and shot peened for increased strength.

Gearset is vibratory finished and WS2 treated to reduce friction.

Main housing is measured & CNC machined for squareness, ensuring proper contact pattern of ring & pinion.

Main housing is CNC machined and upgraded from the dainty M8 bolts to the larger M10 bolts.

Ring & pinion contact pattern is dialed in right on the money for high torque applications.

Bearing preloads are set properly.

OPEN FRONT DIFFERENTIAL SERVICE

Send your just front differential in and have it upgraded with the stronger forged spider gears that holds up to the abuse much better than the weak powdered metal salad croutons they call spider gears.

Includes:

  • Forged shot peened spider gears

  • Heavy Duty 5mm solid roll pin

  • Shot peened viscous spines

  • New spider gear washers & side gear shims
